Landlord FAQ

How much does it cost?

Listing is free. You pay 30% of the first month only when a tenant signs. On a €600 rent that's €180. Nothing else.

What if I don't find a tenant?

You pay nothing. The fee matures only at contract signature.

Do you guarantee the tenant pays?

No — we don't offer a missed-rent guarantee. We screen carefully and explain why a candidate is qualified, but the final choice and the risk stay with you. We won't pretend otherwise.

Who collects the first month?

RYN, via Stripe. The first month transits through RYN; we net our fee and forward the rest to you.

What if I just want to publish and see?

Fine. List for free, leave the AI on, and decide nothing until a real inquiry comes through. No subscription.

Do you replace the real-estate agency?

For private landlords with a few places, yes — without the upfront fee. For full property management we're not the right tool: that's a different service.

Where do you operate?

Italy, Spain, France — anyone can sign up. We currently focus our outreach on Milan, Turin, Rome, Madrid and Barcelona.

Can I edit what the AI writes?

Always. The AI drafts, you approve. Price, listing text, replies, contract — nothing goes live without your tap.
